Silvan Borer (pictured on the left) is an award-winning artist and designer based in Zurich who studied at the University of the Arts Zurich and has collaborated with renowned international brands such as Vogue, Saint Laurent, and Tiffany & Co.

During this masterclass, you will learn how to use your senses (sight, smell, taste, and even touch) to appreciate the connection between wine and cheese.
Our cheese masters, Mr. Berthoud and Mr. Blum, both with over 40 years of experience in the world of cheese, along with our wine consultant, Mr. Bujard, will guide you on this unforgettable sensory journey.
First, you will be introduced to the typical Waadtland cheese varieties, with their origin, texture, aging time, and the unique flavor notes that distinguish them.
Then, the wine expert will guide you through a wine tasting experience and explain some of the sensory criteria of the Terravin examination before skillfully connecting the attributes of both products in your mouth.
