The Schifflände Bürkliplatz in Zurich offers an exclusive location on the shores of Lake Zurich. With its excellent accessibility and breathtaking panorama of the Alps, this place is a popular destination. Here, you will find restaurants, cafes, and bars that serve culinary delights from around the world. Explore the lake with a boat tour or enjoy relaxing walks along the shoreline. The Schifflände Bürkliplatz is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and appreciate the beauty of nature. Furthermore, the Expovina Wine Exhibition on the wine ships adds a unique touch to this experience.
Expovina on Bürkliplatz began as a small wine fair in 1954 and quickly developed into a renowned event. The idea of organising the wine exhibition on the boats at Bürkliplatz proved to be a success and gave Expovina a unique charm. Today, Expovina on Bürkliplatz is one of the largest and most renowned wine exhibitions in the world.

BECOME AN EXHIBITOR
Eligible for participation are wine producers and wine merchants who have a branch in Switzerland and are registered with the Federal Wine Control. In order to guarantee a wide and high-quality wine exhibition, additional criteria such as current availability of stands, provenance and quality of the offered wines (e.g. medal wins at the Expovina Wine Trophy), as well as service offerings in the aftersales area (delivery deadlines after the exhibitions) are further selection criteria.
The stands on the wine ships of Expovina are not only functional and aesthetically pleasing, but also designed with sustainability in mind. Emphasis is placed on the use of environmentally friendly materials such as wood during the design process. Additionally, the stands are regularly refurbished and improved to extend their lifespan and conserve resources. The introduction of LED lighting contributes to energy efficiency. In collaboration with Aroma AG, work is being done to develop modernized stands, further strengthening the sustainability aspect and optimizing the wine tasting experience for visitors.
A wide range of additional services can be obtained through the exhibitor portal to enhance the design of your booth. This includes products such as wine climate cabinets, power connections, or various accessories for wine tastings.
All exhibitors gain access to a personalized exhibitor portal. Within this portal, exhibitors can easily manage their essential contact details, such as billing addresses and marketing contacts, while also conveniently booking all additional services in a dedicated shop.

Pricing
We communicate the prices for our events directly with the exhibitors. As we organise trade fairs on ships with different stand layouts, the pricing is very individual and varies according to requirements.

The ancillary costs are invoiced after the exhibition.
The contributions are calculated on the basis of the area occupied per m2 or the services actually purchased. Experience has shown that the costs amount to between 30-40% of the net stand rental.
MARKETING SERVICES
With our extensive advertising and PR campaign, we not only appeal to experienced wine connoisseurs, but also to a younger urban audience who want to get to know the fascinating world of wine, and as an exhibitor you benefit from numerous new contacts and new customers.
The campaign includes the following measures:- Posters F12

- Broad presence in the print media
- Editorial coverage in print and electronic media
- New media such as Facebook and Instagram
A comprehensive catalogue with the exhibitor offer will be distributed free of charge to all trade fair visitors. At least one catalogue page must be booked per exhibitor. Additional product pages or advertising pages can be booked in the Exhibitor Portal.
EXPOVINA - ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
In addition to adverts in daily newspapers and the trade press, eye-catching posters are placed at important railway stations and tram lines. In this way, the event reaches a wide audience and becomes a topic of conversation.EXPOVINA - Klubschiff
Exclusive customer events
Since 2022, the LS Stäfa has been available as an Expovina Klubschiff (ship) for exclusive customer events. The Klubschiff can be used for everything from seminar seating to parties. Further information can be found on the Klubschiff page.

POP-UP SHIP
