Job Profile: Handyman/Handywoman for Expovina Wine Fair (29.10.24 - 15.11.24)
Location: Bürkliplatz Harbor - Expovina
Meeting Point/Time: Daily, approximately 5 hours on average
Job Description:
As an Event Supporter for Expovina, you will be responsible for various handyman tasks, repairs, and providing general assistance during the wine fair. Your flexibility and handy skills are essential in ensuring the smooth running of the event.
Main tasks:
- Various craftsmanship tasks
- Repairs and maintenance on the exhibition grounds
- Providing support to the event team as needed
Requirements:
- Versatile craftsmanship skills
- Experience in facility management
- Reliability and self-sufficiency
- Ability to work well in a team
- Driver's license for small transportation is advantageous
Working hours:

During the Expovina exhibition, you will be required to be on-site for approximately 4-6 hours daily, with exact timings to be arranged with the Expovina management. Fridays can also be discussed for attendance.

For the setup assistance, you will be needed from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

For the dismantling assistance on , you will be needed from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

- You will handle general administrative tasks within your area of responsibility.

TEMPORARY WINE SELLERS FOR EXPOVINA WINE SHIPS

Dates: November 2nd - November 16th
Location: Expovina Wine Ships, Zurich
Responsibilities:
1. Actively sell wines to visitors of the Expovina Wine Ships.
2. Provide customers with advice on various wine varieties, origin, taste characteristics, etc.
3. Present and offer wine tastings.
4. Maintain and replenish inventory.
5. Collaborate with wine suppliers and other sales teams.
Requirements:
1. Mastery of the German language.
2. Experience in the wine industry or at least a strong interest and willingness to quickly familiarize oneself.
3. Friendly and personable demeanor.
4. High customer and service orientation.
5. Team player and adaptable.
