AFTER WORK & PARTY TIME

Cancellation policy for hospitality events at the Expovina Klubschiff Events
General cancellation conditions:
- For cancellations up to 30 days before the event, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- For cancellations between 29 and 14 days before the event, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- For cancellations made 13 days or less before the event, the full amount is due and no refund will be made.
Compliance with these terms and conditions ensures that the event runs smoothly and guarantees the best possible experience for all participants. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

The following General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the ticket purchaser and the organiser.
- An order for tickets or VIP (Masterclasses/Event) packages is binding. Ordered VIP packages can neither be cancelled nor returned. Ordered VIP packages will be charged at 100% in any case.
- There is no entitlement to a replacement for lost and/or damaged tickets. The ticket loses its validity when leaving the venue.
- The visitor undertakes to observe the respective safety regulations of the organiser. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue and forfeiture of the ticket.
- The organiser is committed to ensuring the greatest possible safety, but cannot accept any liability for damage of any kind, in particular due to theft, accident, illness, etc.
- If an event is postponed for any reason, the ticket / VIP package is also valid for the postponed date. The return and/or exchange of the ticket / VIP package is excluded.
- The invoice amount is to be paid as a one-off amount within the payment conditions on the invoice. After the payment period has expired, the tickets will be released for resale (VIP packages are excluded). Tickets that have already been paid for cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The organiser may use the customer's coordinates for marketing purposes.
Swiss law applies to all disputes arising from these terms and conditions. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
