REGISTRATION PROCEDURE - WINE SUBMITTER
Registration Process
The wines are recorded in the customer portal. After the registration period ends, you will receive special adhesive labels for labeling and submitting the bottles. Please carefully check the vintages, in particular.
Three bottles must be delivered to Zurich within the specified deadline. You can find the details in the customer portal.
Once the results are announced, the winners will gain access to the shop in the customer portal. There, they can order medal adhesive labels and various diploma designs. To ensure traceability, the medal stickers are directly provided through Expovina.
Discover the Vinum Special Edition and join us in celebrating the best selection and winners of the Expovina Wine Trophy! This exclusive publication will be distributed through Vinum and our channels. Additionally, we offer a limited number of advertising spaces for exclusive bookings.
The Expovina Wine Trophy Award Night takes place at the end of August each year. Submitters receive complimentary tickets and have the option to order additional tickets at preferential rates through the customer portal.

The rules can be viewed at any time on the Wine Trophy homepage online. If you have access to the Winetrophy customer portal, you will also find all relevant documents such as rules, invitations, terms and conditions, and privacy policy in the DOWNLOADS section.
The results will be communicated on the Expovina website and through our media partner, Wine Trophy. The Best-of winners will also be published in special publications by Vinum and in our trade fair catalogs.
The Expovina Wine Trophy Award Night, taking place on August 28th, is where the annual awards ceremony will be held.
