no / low alcohol wines - Blue Awards
Blue Award is a new award category of the Expovina Wine Trophy and honors excellence in the field of no- and low-alcohol wines. Evaluated by a jury of experts and scientifically supported by ETH Zurich, the best products in a growing category are chosen here. The launch is our response to the decline in classic wine consumption: we are keeping our finger on the pulse, expanding our expertise and giving clear recommendations to those interested in wine. In this way, we accompany consumers with the best tips - as a pioneer in Switzerland.
BLUE AWARD WINNER
Seven non-alcoholic wines were awarded as recommended in this category, one more than last year. They impress with their variety of flavors and offer drinking pleasure to a large audience.
A total of 47 non-alcoholic products were evaluated by a separate jury led by Dr. Jeannette Nuessli Guth, Head of Food Sensory Science in the Department of Health Sciences and Technology at ETH Zurich.
