Tavolata "Piedmont - Tartufo e Vino"

A Piedmont evening in a class of its own: 7-course truffle menu & wine pairing from the PRELI winery

Join us on Friday, November 1, 2024, and again on Friday, November 8, 2024, when we present exquisite Piedmont creations and fine white truffles on the LS Stäfa event boat at Expovina. Experience two unforgettable evenings with a delicious truffle menu and wine pairing from the Preli winery. Look forward to 7 exquisite courses, complemented by 7 selected wines (including 2 gold medals) and 7 grappas.

Approx. 20 g of white truffles and approx. 3 g of black truffles will be freshly grated per person, and you can also look forward to a special surprise from Piedmont.

Irina and Christof Weber from the PRELI winery will guide you expertly through the evening and share exciting insights and personal stories about the world of truffles and the art of winemaking in Monferrato. The evening will be rounded off with a tasting of the exquisite PRELI grappas, made from the marc of PRELI wines distilled by the renowned Berta Distillerie.

The price is CHF 287 per person and includes all food, drinks, wines, grappa and the supporting program. We look forward to your participation!

Clint Schrader, qualified sommelier, wine taster and taster of the Expovina Wine Trophy, will guide you through a unique wine evening with a tavolata like you've never experienced before. General Terms and Conditions Expovina Hospitality Program (Club Ship)

Cancellation policy for hospitality events at the Expovina Klubschiff Events

General Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations up to 30 days before the event will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made 13 days or less before the event will be charged in full and no refund will be given.

Compliance with these terms and conditions will ensure the smooth running of the event and the best possible experience for all participants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

General Terms and Conditions for participants in Masterclasses & VIP events

The following General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the ticket purchaser and the organizer.

  • An order for tickets or VIP (Masterclasses/Event) packages is binding. Ordered VIP packages can neither be canceled nor returned. Ordered VIP packages will be charged at 100% in any case.
  • There is no entitlement to a replacement for lost and/or damaged tickets. When leaving the venue, the ticket loses its validity.
  • The visitor undertakes to observe the respective safety regulations of the organizer. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue and forfeiture of the ticket.
  • The organizer is committed to the greatest possible safety, but cannot accept any liability for damages of any kind, in particular due to theft, accident, illness, etc.
  • If an event is postponed for any reason, the ticket / VIP package is also valid for the postponed date. The return and/or exchange of the ticket / VIP package is excluded.
  • The invoice amount is to be paid as a one-off amount within the payment conditions on the invoice. After the payment period has expired, the tickets will be released for resale (VIP packages are excluded). Tickets that have already been paid for cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • The organizer may use the customer's coordinates for marketing purposes.
  • Swiss law applies to all disputes arising from these terms and conditions. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

Compliance with these terms and conditions ensures that the event runs smoothly and guarantees the best possible experience for all participants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
