Tavolata "Piedmont - Tartufo e Vino"
A Piedmont evening in a class of its own: 7-course truffle menu & wine accompaniment from the PRELI winery
Join us on Friday, November 1, 2024, and again on Friday, November 8, 2024, when we present exquisite Piedmont creations and fine white truffles on the LS Stäfa event boat at Expovina. Experience two unforgettable evenings with a delicious truffle menu and wine pairing from the Preli winery. Look forward to 7 exquisite courses, complemented by 7 selected wines (including 2 gold medals) and 7 grappas.
Approx. 20 g of white truffles and approx. 3 g of black truffles will be freshly grated per person, and you can also look forward to a special surprise from Piedmont.
Irina and Christof Weber from the PRELI winery will guide you expertly through the evening and share exciting insights and personal stories about the world of truffles and the art of winemaking in Monferrato. The evening will be rounded off with a tasting of the exquisite PRELI grappas, made from the marc of PRELI wines distilled by the renowned Berta Distillerie.
The price is CHF 287 per person and includes all food, drinks, wines, grappa and the supporting program. We look forward to your participation!

Gamemaster and sommelier Christoph Friedrich will provide the vinophile fun factor and test your wine knowledge with you!
